These are the results of a comprehensive study carried out by psychologists at the University of Westminster and the University of East London. We believe it!

Dr Mark Gardner, from the University of Westminster, said “We find the results exciting in that they translate findings from the laboratory to real world settings like this.”

“There are also implications for policy makers in terms of the availability of water on campuses.”

Hydration has a big impact on how well your brain works and it doesn’t take that much. Let’s share this information: share it with your school, your elder care, in hospitals, even airports. We can feel better, think better, be better through water.  We are water beings, after all!
