We revere Dr. Roger Jahnke and have for years. Born in Ohio as a young man he made his way to China to become a doctor of traditional oriental medicine. Now a Master, he discovered over many years that best medicine was the medicine we manufacture right inside our own bodies through movement. Now we have him on record sharing how to do that. And it’s so simple. We open a conversation on the new science of hydration and its relationship to Chinese medical traditions and practices.
