We’re so cozied up tonight! Annnnddd sending you a reminder that plants can keep us even more hydrated than just H2O!! Here’s a fun hydrating latte for you!

Spirulina Latte

Serves 1


  • 1 Tbs spirulina
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp monk fruit powder
  • 1/4 cup structured water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk


  • Bring water almost to a boil and pour into your favorite mug
  • Add blue spirulina powder, vanilla and monk fruit powder to the hot water
  • Whisk it up
  • Heat milk to a simmer over medium-high in a pot.
  • Whisk together slowly the milk and spirulina elixir
  • Finish with cornflower, elderflower, rose, gogi berries or anything that makes you smile
