We’re so cozied up tonight! Annnnddd sending you a reminder that plants can keep us even more hydrated than just H2O!! Here’s a fun hydrating latte for you!
Spirulina Latte
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs spirulina
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1 tsp monk fruit powder
- 1/4 cup structured water
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
Instructions
- Bring water almost to a boil and pour into your favorite mug
- Add blue spirulina powder, vanilla and monk fruit powder to the hot water
- Whisk it up
- Heat milk to a simmer over medium-high in a pot.
- Whisk together slowly the milk and spirulina elixir
- Finish with cornflower, elderflower, rose, gogi berries or anything that makes you smile
