Creamy Maca Pour-Over

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia powder
  • 2-3 cups spring water (start with less + add more for desired thickness)
  • 3 Tbs Maca powder
  • pinch of pink sea salt
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla
  • 1 Tbs raw honey
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • handful of blueberries
  • and fruit of choice


  • In your high powered blender blend all ingredients except cinnamon and blueberries.
  • Pour over your fave granola or chopped bananas and walnuts.
  • Add blueberries, sprinkle more maca and cinnamon.
  • Enjoy!
